The tip stays sharp and resists mushrooming or push-back under pressure, making them suited to marking on concrete, wood, metal, plywood, OSB and plastic. They perform reliably on wet, oily, dusty, rusty and debris-covered surfaces, with quick dry time to reduce smearing on PVC and metal. The markers continue to write after 72+ hours of cap-off time.
