Six-piece countersink set featuring HSS-Co cutting edges optimised for deburring and countersinking in a single operation on steel, stainless steel below 1100 N/mm², cast iron, aluminium and plastics. Geometry designed for easy centering, efficient chip removal and reduced vibrations, with up to 50% longer lifetime compared to standard HSS countersinks. Requires less feedforce and conforms to DIN 335C 90° angle specification. Best results are achieved when used with lubricant.
