This M12 lithium-ion battery delivers up to 3 times more runtime and up to twice the battery life compared with other lithium-ion technologies and previous Milwaukee battery technology, with performance varying by tool and application. Individual cell monitoring optimises charge and discharge cycles for extended lifespan, whilst integrated welded frame construction with shock-responsive separators protects against pack failure from vibration or impact. The battery maintains full runtime and battery life even in extreme temperatures as low as -20 °C.
